Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle our accounting and administrative operations. This person will oversee all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and customer communications — as well as day to day administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare and send invoices for completed jobs
- Track job progress and completion to ensure timely billing and communication
- Handle payroll processing, including ROEs, T4s, and remittances
- Submit septic applications and notices of installation to the appropriate authorities
- Handle credit applications
- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with reporting
- Communicate with customers in a professional and timely manner
- Support general office administration and coordination
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting and office administration (construction or service industry experience an asset)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

As we continue to expand, we are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction. Your primary responsibilities will include operating heavy machinery to ensure safe and efficient project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, and other machinery used in construction projects.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment, with a strong preference for those with civil experience.
- Proven experience in civil construction projects.
- Valid driver’s license and any relevant heavy equipment operation certifications.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GPS or laser guidance systems.
- Class 3 drivers license is a plus.
